In enforcement cases, the margin depends primarily on deadlines. The enforcement documents typically contain short deadlines, a few days or two weeks, and the possibility of redress is reduced after these have passed.

The consultation should be carried out either by electronic means or by means of an envelope or by electronic means, because the date of receipt counts. Similarly, the decision or document on which the execution is based and any previous correspondence with the holder is important.

The consultation will consider whether the legal basis and the amount of the claim are correct, whether there has been partial fulfilment, or whether there is a procedural error that may provide a basis for redress. We will also examine the possibility of payment of instalments and settlement.

If there is a time limit in the case, please indicate this separately in the request. In any case, the office will provide a special feedback on the commitment of the time-bound measure.
