Professional background

I am Dr. Márk Olivér Horváth, an attorney-at-law with an LL.M. degree in business law. I practise through Horváth M. Olivér Law Office, registered with the Budapest Bar Association.

I started my professional journey with international administrative studies, after which I gained a degree in law, and then in economic law training I deepened my legal knowledge about the operation of businesses and their economic decisions.

I have lived abroad for several years, where I have gained experience in an international environment, between different languages, thinking and human operations. This background helps me to recognise interests, risks and possible room for manoeuvre more quickly in more complex situations.

Business approach

My entrepreneurial experience also plays an important role in my work. I therefore approach each matter not only as a legal issue, but also as a business decision and risk. A contract, real estate transaction, claim or regulatory proceeding usually has financial, operational and strategic consequences.

My attorney-at-law work focuses primarily on real estate, problematic real estate, corporate and economic law, enforcement and debt management, winding-up procedures and administrative procedures.
